oToolRun (otoolrun.com) is a static website offering free client-side utilities. All tool computations run inside your browser — your inputs (text, numbers, dates, images) never leave your device. We do collect anonymized analytics and serve advertising; details below.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Text you type into Word Counter, Character Counter, or Password Generator.
• Dates entered into Age Calculator.
• Financial inputs (loan amounts, salaries, mortgage figures, BMI measurements).
• Images uploaded to the Image Compressor — these are processed entirely by your browser via the Canvas API and are never transmitted.
• Account information — we have no signup, login, or user accounts.

Data We Do Collect

We use three third-party services that collect standard web analytics and serve ads:

1. Google Analytics (GA4)

Tracks aggregate visit metrics: pages viewed, session duration, approximate location (country/region), device type, and referral source. Data is anonymized — we cannot identify individual users. Property ID: G-FH99W9K2PB. Opt out via Google's tool.

2. Microsoft Clarity

Cookies

The following cookies and storage are used:

• Theme preference (localStorage, first-party): stores your dark/light mode choice. Never sent to any server.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): standard web tracking, set by third-party scripts.
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense): used to personalize ads and measure ad performance.

You can clear all cookies via your browser settings or use private/incognito mode to avoid them entirely. Blocking these cookies will not affect tool functionality.

Since we collect only aggregated analytics (no personal identifiers), there is typically nothing for us to look up. Children

oToolRun is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
